What's for Dinner?

"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail"
Let that not happen to you. Come up with a Healthy Meal Plan that you can post on your fridge and shop for to have all the ingredients available. Don't let yourself fall off the wagon just because you want something quick and easy. This is an example that I had on my fridge, I also had ideas for sidedishes, breakfast, and lunch.
