What's for Dinner?

"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail"
Let that not happen to you. Come up with a Healthy Meal Plan that you can post on your fridge and shop for to have all the ingredients available. Don't let yourself fall off the wagon just because you want something quick and easy. This is an example that I had on my fridge, I also had ideas for sidedishes, breakfast, and lunch.

Calling All Nonrunners

For those that are not runners but want to overcome that, I recommend the cool running website's "Coach to 5k" program, it is a very gradual walking/jogging plan that will get you to start to love jogging. It is hard to believe, but try it, you will be surprised. For those that do run already and want a goal in your running to keep you working at something to keep you going. It is good to have goals like wanting to run a marathon, half marathon, or 10k. This gives something to work towards instead of just running everyday. You will find yourself loving it and losing weight without even realizing it, which is the best way to lose weight. You can find 10k programs, half and marathon programs at the cool running website that you can find at the sidebar under fitness websites.

Let The Games Begin

We are starting this blog for those in the Damiano Family, but others that want to join in the fun can participate. The new year brings all those new year resolutions. After four of the Damiano Girls have delivered babies and Christina has gained weight with going to school full-time, everyone is looking for a little weight loss program. Now Biggest Loser isn't just about losing weight, it is changing your lifestyle for the better.

The overall winner goes to the competitor who loses the greatest percentage of bodyweight.
